How it works

Why StrengthInsight exists

WHOOP Strength Trainer is a great session logger, and it now adds basic PRs and per-exercise trends. But it stops at the surface: no estimated 1RM line per lift, no plateau alerts when a movement stalls, and no link between your recovery and your output. StrengthInsight extracts your data from a screenshot and turns it into a deeper progression view — the layer WHOOP's basics don't reach.

Hevy and Strava users get the same treatment: per-exercise progression, plateau detection, and recovery-aware next-workout suggestions, with no manual logging.
